Barratt Homes has a network of 27 housebuilding divisions throughout Britain, selling new build homes under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson brands.
We were approached to design their new development proposals and information while retaining their branding style.
Barratt were looking for a way to simplify the data they presented at council meetings into easy to read, professional infographics which would provide brand consistency throughout their network.
We worked closely with them to thoroughly understand their requirements and created a 6 Page templated brochure that is quick and easy for Barratt to turn around for new developments and ensures the same format is used across all regions.
In addition, a portfolio of A4 portrait documents were designed to bring consistency to the presentation of site information such as a social, economical and benefits fact sheet, and a statistics sheet relevant to each individual development.
